The exhibition comprises works of two artists – paintings by Jakub Czyszczoń (PL, 1983) and sculptures by Tild Greene (UK, 1994). Despite the difference in medium, both artists share common intuitions and interest in found objects and the process of reworking them. The chosen works make use of found garments – t-shirts, sweatshirts, leather jackets, etc – to invoke references to human body and its presence. I consider the side effects of a lived experience on the body, says Greene describing their practice. As a result, there is a sense of movement permeating the exhibition, not only as a trace of past action but also of upcoming potential resembling a flower in bloom and subsequently in decay.
